Jorden Bailey is legal adviser at ICTRecht. Within ICTRecht Jorden focusses on legal matters in the field of privacy.
After obtaining both his bachelor's degrees, Law and Communication- and Information Science, at the University of Utrecht, Jorden studied the English-Language Master of Law and Technology at Tilburg University.
During his Master he took part in a research by 'TILT' (Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society), which focussed on the legal implications of the use of body-cams by law enforcement, equipped with facial recognition technology.
His Master thesis focussed on the implications of the GDPR for the use of biometric data by private parties.
